Notes: Interesting Concept, pizza with poutine on top. It is well executed. The tomato sauce is replaced by the gravy. The gravy is not so good, but it is over powered by the cheese (you do not taste it that much). There is a lot of cheese, there is the regular pizza cheese and cheese curds. The cheese is good but there is slightly to much. The fries give it a good texture, some are slightly chewy and some are crispy.
